Finvoice and TEAPPSXML 3.0 EN16931 December 2023 release

    • Fixed decimal handling, so now should work with both five decimal places and millions

    • Fixed decimal handling, so now should work with both five decimal places and millions
  • SCHEMATRON-24/BR-54 phase-in to fatal
    • Rule severity changed from phase-in to fatal
  • SCHEMATRON-24/BR-54 each item attribute (ARTICLE_DESCRIPTION) must contain both name (DESCRIPTION_TYPE) and value (DESCRIPTION_VALUE)
    • When ARTICLE_DESCRIPTION is used, DESCRIPTION_TYPE and DESCRIPTION_VALUE nodes must also be provided
    • To ensure compatibility with EN16931, it is recommended to provide values in both mentioned nodes
